However, shedding extra kilos is no easy task—though a simple walk in the park can certainly help. In their quest for quicker results, many turn to fad diets, hoping for an effortless way to lose weight.
On X, Kenyans eager to see a lower number on the scale have embraced a diet that gained popularity after a user shared it earlier in the month. She claimed that following this diet would lead to weight loss without doing a single jumping jack.
The diet consists of six boiled eggs, avocado, and cucumber, which must be eaten daily. The user, Nelimahh, credited this regimen for her significant weight loss in just two weeks.
"The goal is to eliminate sugar and excess calories, which makes fat breakdown easier. When insulin levels are high, burning fat becomes much more difficult," she explained.
"I have noticed a reduction in overall body weight, and I am confident that by the end of the month, the difference will be even more noticeable," Nelimahh added.
