The power of our mind is extremely powerful so it can take us somewhere or it can take us down. The beauty of the whole thing is that we can change our thoughts and views to improve our lives. So what are some of the major shifts of mind that can help you live the best life?
The How Can I? After I Can not.
The belief that something is impossible is one of the greatest obstacles that we have. As soon as we change the mental model to How can I? instead of I can not we open ourselves to the possibility. This is a small step so that the creativity and resourcefulness are encouraged. Put some thought to facing some challenge in your life - do not close up with a negative thought but how can you start to address it. You never know what you will find out!
Learning to Accept Failure as a Feedback.
Have you ever been too scared to attempt something new since you are afraid to fail? It is an ordinary issue, but there is some time to change the way we perceive failure. This does not have to be a setback (consider it as feedback). All the experiences are educational. Learn to accept failure as a normal course of development. Failure instills resilience, endurance and finally, success.

We have all grown up as a people to think manageably; there is a lack of time, money, love, etc. However, what would happen when we put an emphasis on abundance instead? Counting our blessings develops a grateful attitude of mind with the realization that we are blessed with a lot of things. Begin every morning by writing things that you are grateful. In a short time, you will discover that the attitude of plenty creates openings to enhanced happiness and access to opportunities in your life.

There are always going to be good and bad times in life but it is what we make of it. Do not consider things that get in the way as roadblocks; rather, consider them as growth opportunities.
