Eldoret Police Search for Two Men Who Allegedly Abandoned Millions

Police in Eldoret are searching for two unidentified men who reportedly fled after officers stopped them for questioning, leaving behind a luxurious Prado vehicle and a substantial amount of cash.

According to police, the two men allegedly disappeared instead of responding to officers’ questions, abandoning the vehicle along with approximately KSh 2.6 million in cash. Reports also indicate that some of the money was in US dollars.

The Prado has been secured, while the cash remains in police custody as officers work to determine whether the notes are genuine or counterfeit.

Police are now calling on the two unidentified men to report to Eldoret Police Headquarters if they wish to claim the abandoned vehicle and money.

The mystery surrounding the incident continues to raise questions:

Who are the two men? Why did they flee? And why would anyone abandon millions of shillings?
