State House spokesman Hussein Mohamed has now come out clearly and defended President William Rutos empowerment plan at the White House amid public criticism. Using his official X account on Saturday, August 16, 2025, Hussain said that contrary to the alleged unfulfilled promises, the process was transparent and all authorized beneficiaries received funding.
